Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy – Hasthrang

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy & Quality Checks

At Hasthrang, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and images. Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are applicable only for orders within India.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Exchange requests for slight colour variations or fabric texture differences will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

1. Request Submission

Please raise your exchange request within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hasthrang@gmail.com.

2. Processing Fee

A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be applicable for exchanges. Kindly share the payment screenshot via email after completing the payment.

3. Self-Shipping (Optional)

If you wish to ship the product yourself, we will provide the return shipping address. Once dispatched, please share the following details:

  • AWB / Tracking Number
  • Courier Company Name
  • Proof of Dispatch (POD)

We recommend using a reliable courier service, as Hasthrang will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

4. Reverse Pickup

Once the exchange request and payment are confirmed, our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever applicable.

5. Quality Inspection & Dispatch

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the requested size/product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Hasthrang-Initiated Cancellations

Hasthrang reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or listing information
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or bank account. Customers will be informed via email.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Products purchased during Sale or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
